Sparklist clients without any HTML knowledge can create attractive email newsletters and campaigns with ease. Just select one of our 20 pre-built HTML templates, or build your own custom templates!

How It Works

To compose an email newsletter (or other email campaign) using a pre-built HTML template, select from the graphical menu of template choices:

A small legend accompanies each design, to indicate what colors, fonts, and sections have been designated for each template. In this sample, the template selected uses a gold background and Garamond font*, with 5 different fields:

* Note that you can change colors and fonts in the HTML directly.

The template builder will display each field you need to complete, using the legend for easy reference:

After completing each field of the template builder, just click "save and test" to quickly preview, edit, and test your new email. Sparklist even provides tools to automatically create a text-only version of your email. It couldn't be easier!

Create Your Own HTML Email Templates

You can also use the HTML template builder to create custom fill-in-the-blank templates featuring your own artwork or company letterhead, etc. For example, a marketing department could use the template builder to create a collection of HTML templates using a variety of themes with strong branding, and the rest of the company could fill-in and send the custom templates without knowing any HTML.
