Part 5: Mailings (4 of 4)
Mailing Status
Mailing status is where you can quickly view and assess what is going on with your mailings:
The first three links display a list of these mailings, from where they can be edited, copied, tested, or deleted. These will show mailings for the list that you are logged into.
"Mail Queues" is where you can view all incoming and outgoing emails for multiple lists. Select the desired list from the drop-down menu, and click Go. From here, message details can be viewed or deleted.
Advanced Mailings
"Advanced Mailings" are available with the SparkCampaign feature set, and are unavailable for other Sparklist packages. If you'd like to upgrade to the SparkCampaign package, contact your account representative.
Within the Advanced Mailings section you can create triggered and sequential mailings, which are sent in conjunction with triggered segments. See triggered segments for more information on this.
Triggered mailings involve sending out a mailing when a particular time or event occurs, such as the anniversary of a member's join date, a member birthday, or when they have clicked on a particular URL or purchased an item.
Sequential mailings involve sending a series of mailings in sequence at given time intervals, based on an initial trigger that spawns the mailings.
